Some time ago, my wisdom teeth were causing me so much pain - I have a small mouth and jaw so they were also growing into my cheeks. I called in the afternoon and managed to have an appointment an hour later. I was received by Dr B. Schultz.

I was definitely nervous (actually, I was terrified, scared, petrified). Dr B. Schultz was a true gentleman and took his time to explain the procedure and what to expect and was able to get me comfortable which was a big feat in itself. The procedure went very smoothly. Dr B. Schultz was very reassuring and talk to me all the way through the procedure. He was very empathic and very human. I thought I was going to be in a lot of pain and I really wasn’t. That’s a big surprise to me.

Only the price I found to be a bit excessive.

The doctor has given very quick and professional diagnose and treatment to my 7 years old son. Thanks again to the doctor. Only the Praxis ShopVille is really hard to find. I don't know when there will be Path-Name and Number for the shops under Zürich HB. I hope it can be changed in the future for the new patient.

It's not really for emergencies.
The fee they ask on Sundays ( just because it's Sunday the lady from the front desk said) IS ABSURD.
I don't recommend you going there in case of a root infection or having strong pains.
They should be ashamed and change the description on their web page

I visit Ms. Vidic since 7 years now for dental hygiene and have always been super happy. She is super friendly and works very concentrated and carefully. I never experienced any problems such as injuries to my gums. Plus, I like the modern atmosphere at Swiss Smile.
