Rude staff making racial comments assuming my nationality when I wanted to order a flat white saying I must be American and that I don't know real coffee. Coffee tasted awful and they used burned leftover milk.

Great coffee and FREE BATHROOM! If you have to pay to use the bathroom in the train station you might as well get a coffee too :)

Immer wieder beeindruckt von den Mädchen, sich wirklich wie ein Gast zu fühlen. Ihr Bemühen dem Gast einen guten Kaffee zu machen ist bemerkenswert!

Caffè imbevibile, acqua bruciata per 4.80 CHF. Ho chiesto un ristretto mi hanno dato un tazzina piena fino al bordo di broda marrone dal sapore amaro e bruciato, non capisco perché ILLY permetto di associare il suo caffè a questo posto.

Dies ist mein Lieblingscafé im Hauptbahnhof. Wenn ich Zeit habe, dann kehre ich mit Freude hier ein. Ich finde die Bedienung hier immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Natürlich hat man hier keine Aussicht aber man ist hier dafür mitten im Bauch des Hauptbahnhofes in einem schick eingerichteten Café.
