Ich habe der Banque Cantonal Vaudoise einen simplen Ueberweisungsauftrag erteilt: USD auf ein anderes USD-Kto. überweisen. Die Bank hat mir Spesen verrechnet für welche ich KEINEN Beleg erhielt. Der Ombudsman fand das in Ordnung!!!
