No Swiss glasses. All owed by Italian monopoly luxottica. Swiss make the best glasses in the world. So sad to travel 12,000 miles and see LensCrafters (also owned by luxottica) same collection. I came in and asked for Einstoffen glasses. A very rude lady told me to go away and pushed me out into the rain. If this was not you then post a reply with a picture of Einstoffen glasses and I will remove this.

The staff is simply amazing: welcoming, super patient and professional. They also have a great selection of glasses (a large collection of Lindberg and Silhouette!). My go-to optician in Zurich.

Scheerer Optik is a high quality optics store. I Went for the second time and both the service and the product (glasses) have exceeded my expectation yet again.

The staff is very friendly and very professional! Prices are not the cheapest but at least for me, very much worth the products which I'm using every day. First time was 1.5 years ago and I bought sports glasses and this time around normal glasses. I'm very happy with both.

Besides the super convenient location right next to Zurich HB train station Scheerer Optik has very competent and friendly staff as well as quick and reliable service! I was very glad to get exactly get what my eyes need - starting from a sight test, over the competent advice in regards to the choice of glasses, maintenance / cleaning of glasses for free whenever needed and last but least invitations to new offerings as well as original customer events. Scheerer Optik thus disposes of a truly remarkable company culture and customer friendliness alongside high competency in all things eye sight.
