Very modern family room with all facilities and the bathroom was the best I've seen in a while.
Friendly staff, very quick check-in and out. We also had balcony, bunk beds, smart window shades.
Only stayed overnight, was very comfortable stay.

The Enigmatt city - Garden hotel was very delightful.
The rooms are a decent size, and clean. There we’re multiple plugs & USB points for charging your phones.
The staff were very polite and accommodating.
The restaurant had a good selection of food and cocktails. The dish I ordered was well prepared and packed flavour. I wasn’t too keen on the dessert.
A very good place to stay.

The hotel is close to the lake, the entrance is not wow but inside you will find a cosy and a clean hotel. I really enjoyed having the breakfast in the garden, which not many hotels have in Zurich downtown. Room was generous and clean.

LE: second time here and the same good experience. Now the outside fountain was working ????

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much! We were checked in a bit later than scheduled, but we were kindlz offered drinks while we were waiting, after check in all our bags were delivered to the room. The room was very spaceous, big bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, a nice balcony as well. I would stay in this hotel when I am in Zurich next time and would recommend it.

Avoid at all costs!
We had booked a room which was described as two double beds with a Mountain View with a photo of a modern clean room. When we arrive we get an old room with sofa bed and a noisy street view. We asked them to find a solution as this was not the room we booked.
Reception took hours finally we went down to check and no solution was found. After begging to talk with the manager, she responded rudely that nothing would be done.
No refund, no discount, no concessions at all.
If we wanted to leave we would still have to pay the whole price. We were treated horrible and ended up paying for a horrible hotel we decided to not even stay at. Honestly very disappointed, we recommend this to no one and will be reporting the hotel to the Swiss Tourism and Hotel Association.

UPDATE:
We were eventually refunded and taken care of by a more professional man. Thank you for this.

Staff were great, restaurant was on the expensive side but food was good. Location was good for me, number of restaurants nearby but also an easy 15 minute walk to the Opera House area where there were a good selection of restaurants. Tram stops are right around the corner if you don't want to walk.

Thoroughly delightful 4 nights. Convenient to Sihlcity, and to downtown. Safe, clean neighborhood. Great room with privacy and very quiet. Loved the view from the room of the Uetliberg (sp?). Thank you

Lovely hotel with practically designed rooms. Was a real plus having aircon as well!
