The shop seems very nice from the outside and I always wanted to buy flowers there. Once I went inside I realized that I’ll never come here again. I said that I want some flowers and described what I want (color, size etc) and I needed advice from the saleswoman (I expect some flower service) , BUT … she had no idea about flowers, could not help me, like at all, and just was looking at me all the time, said not a word, and I was saying step by step which flower I want. She was doing only what I was saying and some time later suddenly she started to tell me the price of each flower even if I did not asked.
Like that I could go to some normal supermarket and just buy some standard flowers.
When I go in such a shop I expect service, a bit more friendliness ( it was no smile, no hello, no goodbye).
PITY!

P.S. I spoke German with the saleswoman. And I speak fluently.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Zürich!
I went to this flourish to buy a bouquet for my sister-in-law with a wonderful mood but I walked out and felt disgusted by the flower lady's attitude. If she works in my business, she will be fired a long time ago.

I will never come back again! ever! it ruled my day! :(

When you come in but the person is too busy to sell you flowers as they are giggling on the phone.
