This hotel offers great value and a central, convenient location.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are well furnished, clean and spacious. I had a room overlooking the river that was quiet and comfortable. One pleasant touch was the "speckli" pastry that was on the bed on arrival. Yummy!

The location is central with easy access to the trams.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that there is no gym in-house.

Top hotel 15min from Zurich main station.
Modern, comfy and very quiet rooms. Sparkling clean. Super friendly and competent staff at the reception, in the restaurant and in the cleaning team.
My new home base when in Zurich.
The only minus is that the room is pretty dark. Not much natural light coming in. Perfect for sleeping but not ideal for working long hours.
But still deserve 5*
My room was the historical urban loft.

Hotel is clean and no major issues. Fine for business. Building has very small Windows in all of the rooms that feel a bit like a dungeon. Also, the air conditioning does not work well in the rooms making them a bit on the warm side.
Has a good breakfast buffet on the plus side.

Good Place, Courteous Staff, Nice Location.

Your taxi will not go to the hotel's gate and you will be dropped 50 meters away. It doesn't matter how much luggage you carry as entrance is far from road. This is definitely not a place if you are carrying luggage or with kids.

Rooms are nice compact and comfy, but if you are too concerned about asthetics you may not like the rooms. Coffee machine is little different and you may need help of hotel staff to understand the basics to operate it.

Can improve their food menu though, very limited options for a hotel which gets customers from all around the globe.

Overall if you are going for a short business trip this can be a good place to be. In Zurich everything is costly so don't even bother about finding equivalent alternatives from cost point of view.

Friendly and professional staff. Nice and clean rooms. Very quiet. Breakfast was nice and exactly what I needed. Location is just 15-20 min walk to city center. There is a small shopping center with a huge Coop superstore. You can't go wrong with this hotel. I recommend it based on my experience.

This is a really nice hotel. The staff was super friendly and the hotel room was really clean. it was near a mall so there was plenty of opportunity to go buy snacks and other things that you might need. the breakfast in the morning is 35 francs for a buffet and honestly there wasn't a whole lot there. I would actually suggest going two doors down to bachman and getting some pastries; the quiches were especially delicious. For drinks in the evening the bars okay. Skip the restaurant for dinner, the meat wasn't good it was just blah.

Great hotel! It was definitely a big step up from the Airbnb we stayed in earlier in the trip. Daily housekeeping with a free bottle of Evian every day (we didn't get it one day, but also didn't bother asking). We booked the "historical loft room" and it was much bigger than expected. Not your typical European hotel room. Surprisingly, the rooms are also pretty sound proof because we really couldn't hear the highway next to the room. The restaurant was also really good. I recommend paying for the breakfast package - buffet style with many options. The location is in a more quiet part of the city, but you also have the mall right next door. It's very accessible when using mass transit, and it's only a 10 mins ride to the older part of the city.

The rooms were large enough to be comfortable for a longer stay and had gobs of storage and hangers. Nice amenities included a fully- stocked minibar, safe and Nespresso machine. The shower room is large and the sink area nice and bright. The A/C and internet worked really well, and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were kind and very helpful at the front desk, in the restaurant and in the bar- real pros, all of them. They must have a great general manager, this does not happen by chance.
The nearby mall and trams, busses and S-Bahn enhance the appeal of this hotel.
