Après avoir passé quelques commandes auprès de cette firme, je vous informe qu'ils ne tiennent pour ainsi dire presque jamais leur délais et qu'il y'a un très gros problème de communication chez eux entre la production, les services de ventes ou alors encore les commerciaux !! En bref un vrai cirque !! Très mauvaise expérience !! J'en ai d'ailleurs retiré mes collections de mon showroom !! Après discussion avec beaucoup d'autres artisans comme mon entreprise, nous sommes plusieurs à en tirer les mêmes constats ! D'ailleurs à en voir, la seule bonne note attribuée à cet établissement provient d'un collaborateur interne ... Pathétique !
