We decided yesterday to see Pandora The way of water. In this cinema there are 18 screens, on 7 played Pandora. English, French and german. The seats are very comfortable. We really enjoyed the movie. It took 3 hours but these seats are perfect.

Great cinema, opened all the time, even on holidays. Great location, tasty popcorn.

My only issue it's that 4D smells exactly the same all the time. Not connected to what is on the screen. XD

Spacious and modern cinema! Good selection of snacks and comfortable seats. Relatively pricey, but normal by Swiss standards. Can recommend!

18 movie theaters, world's first Onyx LED cinema screen (24 million leds), 4DX cinema (with moveable seats, wind, water, fog, smells and flashes), ScreenX (including sidewalls), 3D and Dolby Atmos surround sound. This cinema is the best in Switzerland because technically so sophisticated that no desire for cinemagoers remains unfulfilled. An experience !

Bad online booking experience, I have a Sihlcity gift card but could not book my cinema tickets with it, I had to go at the counter but by the time I am coming I will have only bad seats to choose from. I then booked my tickets with my credit card, I had to refresh 3 times the page and add again all my informations because the payment page wasn’t coming up. At the last try it works but then I forgot to add my daughter a kid tickets and pay for a regular ticket. I went to the counter, explained the situation and ask if I could get a 5 chf voucher to buy something but no I could not because the online payment is not connected to the cinema and blablabla. Fix your website and make it able to pay with a Sihlcity gift card its not that complicated. And btw paying 1.5chf to call you then 1.5 chf per minute is beyond ridiculous even the Scammers don’t do that.

The theatre room was way too hot. Also, the smell of bubblegum was nauseating. Projection and sound was good of course.

Clean nice and friendly counters and I just somehow wish the movies started slightly earlier like the best ones but it’s still good and always love coming every year !

My experience so far: You buy the arena card and put 40 chf on it, 80 chf spent.
You try to book two movie tickets, price is 50chf u003du003e You can't pay the difference you need to put AGAIN 40 chf minimum.
I'm sure the guy that came up with the system thought he was very clever. Great idea to try to scam customers before they even entered your cinema.
