Great location
We can walk from the hotel to tourist attractions.
Many restaurants and bars around the hotel.

Room was clean.
Bed was comfortable.
There is a small fan available in a room.
Shower was nice.
Not much space in a room but it's enough to stay one night.

Breakfast was so so.
Not many options but it's okay.

Staffs were nice.

There was a vending machine besides the reception.
As well as a luggage storage which you can deposit it before your check in time and after your check out time.

Great location from the Zurich HB (train station), took us 10 minutes walking. The rooms are clean, basic and functional, given that it's a budget hotel. Breakfast was regular. The front office staff were great and very helpful. .
Nothing, It's a no frill basic budget hotel. We got exactly what we expected.

Hotel rooms and common areas are very clean. The triple room was large enough. Breakfast variety is not much, but it is possible to find something appealing to everyone and it was of good quality. The tea and coffee area at the entrance was quite nice to relax after a long journey. In addition, if you arrive in the city before the check-in time or if you want to hang around the city after the check-out time, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. This is a great convenience as the hotel is very close to the main train station.The only negative about the hotel is that the rooms have fans, not air conditioners, which can cause problems in hot weathers. but in general, it was a hotel that I would stay again and recommend.

Lovely hotel with cozy room. The single room is perfect for one person but might be a squeeze for two. Walking distance to Zurich HB and a few steps away from ETH Zurich polybahn. Great location! Might be a bit noisy at night if you are facing the pub, but still tolerable. They provide earplugs, fan, toiletries. Breakfast is vegan. Highly recommend!

This hotel deserves to be rated three stars not two. It's pretty, modern, with clean lines, plenty of natural light, a comfortable and spacious lobby and a big breakfast room. They offer a very good complementary breakfast; plus coffee/tea during the day, and even a small ice cream! The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The hotel has an elevator. The bathroom was clean and modern. Its location is fantastic, a few minutes walk from the train station Zürich HB, and only one block from Niederdorfstrasse, a lively street full of restaurants and stores, that is lovely to walk by any time of the day.
We stayed only one day, but we liked the hotel very much. We'd book again, only not in the summer, as the only minus for this hotel is that it does not have air conditioning.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel and I have only good experiences. Good and flexible service, basic but comfortable room and bed. And despite that the breakfast buffet is not as lavish as at the big hotels it offers all you need to start your day with. There were some small negative things I can mention, such as the receptionists could say hello/good by when the guests come in/out or that the room was not cleaned god enough while we were there, but I still do not want to remove a star because all in all everything went very smoothly.

Rooms are very small. Very noisy. Located across a bar that plays metal music. When you check in, you get ear plugs. The breakfast was very good.

Cute hotel with pleasing and interesting architecture, centrally located. Room was clean, big enough, well designed. Breakfast included is simple but great, as well as the complimentary tea downstairs. Highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the value for money. If I had one remark it would be that the towels are just a bit thin, but I'd be nitpicking.
