Lovely staff. Excellent location for old town attractions and near main station. Comfortable room. Only niggle air con was a bit loud. But it was effective that's the main thing.

Very nice,small and clean hotel! 6 min walk to the train station, and in the city centre,so great location!
The bed linen were so soft and pleasant and I slept well. Very recommended!

I have stayed in Sorell Hotel Rütli dozens of times since 2012. Location is excellent, rooms are nice and clean, but the best feature it has is the staff. They always make me feel like home.

Value for Money. Hotel is very close to railway station. You find lot of cuisines near by hotels. For Indian tourist, New Bombay restaurant is very close which serve very good Veg and Non Veg Food. It is budget hotel in Switzerland.

Great location. We had a problem with our room and a terrific lady at the front desk and the manager really stepped up to fix things. Great management and staff, highly recommended.

Great place , central location. Well renovated building, very cosy and a lot of small details which make your stay enjoyable. breakfast area well dressed with local products with strong message and engagement toward sustainability.... well done!

I booked a room last minute not expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff here are so nice and helpful, and the rooms are a decent size. The beds are extremely comfortable, too. The rooms are a good price. I like this hotel a lot.

Decent room size in convenient location of Zurich.. lots of eatery nearby .. breakfast is good

3 min walk to Central tram station and 8 min walk to Zurich train station
