It's a small but familiar feeling comin into this shop. I've bought my first guitar from there and I always liked the place. They are well versed and are happy to help to satisfy your needs.

Unfriendliest Staff I have ever witnessed in a Guitar store! They want you out of the shop as soon as possible and answer your questions very condesendingly. Definitely would not recommend going here for a serious purchase

Beautiful guitar shop. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The first time I was there they didn't have a fitting part so they adjusted one they had.

Kingdom of arrogance!
Music is a matter of passion. When you go to a music shop you not only expect to have instruments hanging around, you also expect to have someone to exchange opinions with or be able to ask for advices.
If you also see this that way, then choose another place.
Obviously this place only cares about your money and wants you in the shop as shortly as possible, not asking anything and just quickly buying.
Asking for advice leads to "this is the best of what you want". Don't ask why - the answer is obvious: because he told you.
But in matter of music, taste also comes in the landscape. For instance guitar strings: what sound do to you like, what feeling on the fingers do you like. No such a question in this place: There is only one model of strings worth mentioning (even if they have hips on sale) and that's what you have to buy. To wonder if it is the model that has the best margin or breaks the fastest.
Just go somewhere else. There are plenty of music shops with real passionate musicians ready to spend time sharing their passion.

When I entered I was treated as if I was an intruder. Furthermore, while testing the guitars, the employee's body-language and attitude made me feel as if i was a criminal, rather than a customer willing to spend money.
