I discovered the Booster Transform in August while browsing for a nearby fitness Studio from my work. I tried a session in Studio Forum and I fell in love on how the workout is being done the very first time. I tried the other Studio as well (btw, they are all centrally located) but Studio Forum is my go-to studio. The fact that it is only 15 mins away from where I am working. What really makes this studio special (for me) is it is so quiet not a typical chaos fitness studio because only maximum of 5 participants can do the workout in a session - which kinda a private class feel. In terms of the changing room and shower room. There is a small toilet inside the Studio where you can change but not do the shower. BUT in the opposite room outside the Studio (still same building) there is a big changing room and shower room - boys and girls are separated which the Booster participants are allowed to use. Tip: bring your own lock.

I attended a class at Forum and it was a very unpleasant experience. The teacher was like an angry military sergeant, speaking fast without a pause and correcting the attendees agressivly

Me aware: it's not pilatus reformer, they just borrow the name to get more attention.

Booster Pilates is the best training i have ever attended in my life. Usually i got bored quite easily with any other kinds of excercises but this one I attend already for almost a year and i am never bored! it is very intensive training stimulating all muscles of your body and you can really see the difference! Trainers are amazing and the atmosphere is very positive. I recommend it very much!

I was obsessed with Booster Transform ever since the first day I tried this work out. Forum studio is centrally located (so are the other two studios), it's their oldest studio but I love how the class is small (only 5 participants per class!) and intimate. Studio is always very clean and organized. Booster wouldn't be as fun of a workout without the amazing, friendly and professional instructors! THANK YOU!

I’ve been attending classes since the first few months Booster Pilates began to change the fitness landscape in Zürich. A great, challenging workout that strengthens your core as well as your overall fitness.
Try it: you will be addicted!

The best workout in town!
Booster is seriously a life changer in your fitness routine. The coaches are professional, attentive, always with a great smile. And you’ll see results in just one month. I just can’t skip a class anymore, I am addicted!

A great workout in a really fun atmosphere - if you're familiar with pilates reformer, megaformer classes take it to the next level! Booster has lots of classes (even Sunday!), also offers barre and spin, has a really convenient booking process, flexible rescheduling, and great prices. All the classes are taught in English. It's one of the best things I've found to do in Zurich!

Booster Pilates is a whole body workout that I got addicted to, I really love how the instructors take care of proper execution and support us clients to make the best out of every single training session we attend. Doing Lagree on the Megaformer makes you stronger every time by being 50 minutes under tension.
