The shopkeeper sold me a product that was for suede shoes, when I asked for something specifically for leather. When I tried to return it, he claimed it was already opened (it was not) and said he couldn't take it back. He wasn't interested in hearing what the problem was, either. I left the product on the counter since 15 CHF apparently means so much to him, and he refused to give me a refund.

I think this person is dishonest and is looking to make a profit no matter what the customer experience is. I would highly advise anyone looking for leather or shoe repair services to go elsewhere.

Ich komme schon viele Jahre zu Herrn Sanbert. Er ist immer freundlich und erledigt jede Arbeit wie Schuhe in aller Art, Taschen und Jacken mit Reißverschluss, Hosen kürzen und vieles mehr sehr gut und prompt! Das Resultat ist super!
