Do NOT choose this fitness center. Upon my international move, they asked me to pay the amounts for the remaining months within my monthly subscription TWICE. Yes, they have an awful and highly disconnected customer service, and they operate awfully. If you have any intention to interrupt your membership, do NOT choose this fitness center. You will get much unprofessionalism and poor interactions otherwise.

Best gym in town. People from all ages and fitness level. Very motivating environment and people. Staff very professional and ready to show next level training.

The people are really helpful and nice with me, even that I'm just a beginner and it's Total new for me. They take care about my special wishes and give some advice. It's clean and fresh. For the people who except more, they can go to a luxurious gym... If you have a problem, you can talk with the manager on site. :)

The best Activ fitness club in Zurich. Always clean, a lot of class options, plenty of exercise devices, broad space and most important very experienced and friendly employees! Super satisfied! ????

Twice tried to come for earlier morning training. Twice still closed during official opening hours.

Don’t bother complaining to Activ - they like your money but don’t care about service.

Edit to respond to Activ:

Thanks for getting back to me - but I went during those times you mention and it was closed! The other Activ studios do not seem to suffer from this incompetence.

I overheard the phone call of my girlfriend that signed me up for a free trail lesson 60 minutes prior to my arrival. I arrive on the premise and they wantedu200b to charge me 30 CHF for it. "No you didn't talk to me on the phone. No I can't go and fetch the colleague you talked to to sort it out." I dropped the idea to become a new customer with them and you should too.

Nice place. The best trainers. I can recommend Al trainer Giuseppe L. Amazing person is good combination place and professional experience

Great gym with loads of equipment and classes to choose from. They are very aware of hygiene post covid19 and I appreciate their deligence
