I’ve taken the time to write this because things have changed in this restaurant. Starting that the very famous peking duck. They show it to different tables and then bring a different one from the kitchen (before used to be cut in front of the clients). Very obvious is not the one you’re eating. I usually ordered the red rice prawns rolls, I ordered twice, they keep forgetting the sauce that comes along, I had to ask twice.

The wine takes a lot of time to come. Food starter arrived before the wine. Is this normal in a one start Michelin restaurant? . We ordered a good Bordeaux but it was a shame to be so late, in the middle of the meal.

I’m very disappointed. It has lost the shine of years ago. (I’ve been going for 7 years) on my last visit, one of the dishes was dirty.

It will loose that Michelin start. Sad.
I hope the management will make the best to defend it. By the way, it was at lunch time on a weekday. The service I personally would rate a 5/10. Maybe I was asking to much for the service I was used to ?

We were recommended the jade menu, and it is a very good choice! The food was very good, from starters to desert! Some dishes exceptionally tasty! But considering the price, and standing, there few points which require improvement. The place itself needs a remake, its old and to dark, specially at lunch, hopefully we weren't to far from the windows... There was also clearly some dust cleaning needed (we could write our name on the biombo squares). The service and staff was very helpful! And in the end it was worth it! Especially if you have the extra cash!

Best Chinese food I ever had! Enjoyed everything including mango soup for a dessert????Service was great too. Strongly recommend this place????

Luxury mood is the best thing here, but you pay for it. Food is hit or miss. Dim Sum are pretty good (+\- 5.- a piece), but the seabass (deep fried and covered in spicy sauce) and crispy noodles (basically raw ramen) were quite disappointing.

tastes worse than the food you could get at a cheap dim sum place... chef probably isn't even chinese. i don't know how or why this place got a michelin star in 2022. i'm chinese btw, so i know what good chinese food is supposed to be like.

The Tsé Fung is probably the only authentic Asian foodie experience in the area. Yes, there is a price to it but yes it’s exceptional. The red rice rolls are just the perfect balance of texture and taste, the Peking duck is absolutely perfect, including the second service which is often a miss in other restaurants. The desserts are surprisingly good, the mango cream with pomelo is my favorite but the chocolate nems and the moshi ice creams are highly recommended as well

Good food, good service, good wine, beautiful outdoor seating in lovely weather. Left with a good feeling.
