However, we were disappointed by the service in the restaurant at lunchtime. It took a very long time, despite the fact that the staff knew we were flying in treatment after treatment and that we made them aware of this several times. I personally didn't get my dessert and the rest of my family had to eat it in 3 minutes. It's a pity and not up to the standard of service expected in such an establishment.
This won't stop me from coming back, but it did put me off a bit.

On that evening the restaurant served a Smorgasbord buffet which, by definition, meant that one had to serve oneself at the buffet table. Based on the wine list we ordered a bottle of wine.
In this connection it’s worthwhile to recall some important points before serving a wine ordered by a guest.
Before opening the bottle of wine the waiter should present the bottle ordered to the guest who ordered the wine. He should hold the bottle so that the label is clearly visible to the guest and announce the vineyard, grape, location and the vintage. Once the guest has confirmed the bottle is correct, the waiter can begin uncorking the wine; making sure this is done correctly. He should then present the cork to the guest so that he/ she can confirm that the branding matches that on the bottle label. Then a small sample should be poured for the guest and upon his approval –and only then!- the wine can be served.
However instead of observing this we were greatly surprised when, once returning from serving ourselves at the buffet table, we have found that a wine had already been poured in our glasses whilst we were absent from the table serving ourselves. An opened bottle stood at the table. Instead of a bottle of wine we had ordered, we had been served some open wine; probably some plonk! This was incredible and unheard off! This was a proof of a total absence of any client orientation or of a correct service mentality. A completely unprofessional and dishonest way of serving wine to customers in this – supposedly- four or five star (S.i.c.!)- expensive establishment. This was a dastardly way of cheating customers! Rather than complaining and risking to perturb the nice evening we were having, I did not complain at this occasion. Consequently at present I reject categorically and decisively as well as with the greatest emphasis this incorrect, dishonest and despicable, contemptible behavior of the concerned “waiters” (I recall two of them) in this restaurant who were cheating customers! I was disgusted with the low standard and the dishonesty and the abysmal level of “service” in this outfit! Consequently I have never returned to any of the restaurants of this outfit. Despite all the BS they are publishing on their website, of them being a “luxury resort” (S.i.c!) etc. this place is for me below any criticism or description. I would not patronize this establishment even if one paid me! They have long time ago disqualified themselves in my eyes!

She is very talented and professional. When I arrived she welcomed me and my partner with great kindness, a big smile. Her work is first class ! a quiet strength that invites you to let go, without making you feel uncomfortable.
Great job ! For my part, I am positively impressed by her skills and technical performance. I felt re-boosted and freed from my blockages! I keep a superb memory, a moment of serenity and enriching discussions!
Yes I will comeback soon. A most to do by people that visits the Hotel . Bravo !

The interior itself was as welcoming as it is dreamy and homely as if you were in your own ‘home’.
Cosy, warm and it spelled luxury to a T.
The genuine and warm unpretentious smiles on all the staff just added points to the whole atmosphere.
Service was impeccably amazing! With staff all so eager to please your stay and literally just a jiffy phone call away.
We were greeted with care and pleasant smiles. Fabien Coubry was exceptionally gracious and amazing..oh what a welcome!
Our favourite is of course Tse Fung the Chinese Restaurant. It is no wonder this restaurant begged its Michelin Star. And again the staff here were a gracious ready to serve bunch of well trained and skilled professionals. Food was scrumptious with different textures and delectable flavours to satisfy your palate. We had the luxury of trying almost everything from the menu.
Thank you La Réserve, you are the reason why Geneva is more beautiful ❤️
