Nice restaurant on the lake. We reserved a sit in the week, even if it was not so crowded. Fair amount of time of wait to be served. Dishes were well cooked, portions in the average. A bit expensive, but I would like to come back here again. Kind staff.

We went there for lunch. Cozy restaurant. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We were arranged to seatings in the open terrace overlooking the lake. Amazing view. Fresh air. Sea breeze. Relaxing.
We ordered the restaurant specialties - filets de perch and beef tartare plus beef steak. Flavorful and delicious.
The only blemish was the lengthy time taken in the preparation and delivery of the food ordered. It took us almost 2h to finish the meal with just a salad, main and coffee.

Music too loud and guys who served me nice but clearly more interested in their own conversation.
Are we somewhere else than Switzerland? Or are our standards dropping like everywhere else ? :/
Too bad. Remember guys, your face and your service is the first thing we experience when we get to a restaurant/bar...
Go for the view. THAT is stunning.

Nice like side restaurant with great setting not far from Geneva, enough parkings in the vicinity
Peaceful, nice place to visit with family and friends.
Great for a dive and dine experience as a nice beach and buvette add to the charm of this restaurant.
Kind staff and good service.
Good food good wine , good atmosphere and nice view.

Croustillant de chevre was exellent, les Queues de crevettes et nouilles de riz were ok but lacked taste.

I expected a wider chose of desert besides ice-creams.

But all in all, lovely evening at
Port Gitana!

Great place, excellent ambiance and fantastic location. If has a charm irrespective of the time of the day. Was ther last week with family for dinner. You have to improve on your food , tartar was greasy and lamb shank was dry. I been there feq timea have not seen this before.
