We visited the doctor on 18.2.2023 as an emergency. 2 stars because the doctor accepted us an emergency and was very willing to help.
We informed the doctor that the cat was diagnosed when we adopted him 2 years earlier as a FIP carrier and that at the moment he was not feeling well and was not active at home. The doctor diagnosed cat flue and we left with some pills treatment. The cat died some days later due to wet FIP as diagnosed in another clinique but it was too late. I sometimes think that if the doctor had combined that the cat had FIP and the symptoms he would have understood that the cat stopped being a FIP carrier and was at the stage where FIP becomes fatal and maybe we would have managed to save him by diagnosing its lung fluid and performing blood test. We lost valuable time. Please doctor, next time when a cat has FIP make blood examinations immediately. Just hearing its heart and checking fever are not enough. There are treatments for FIP that have success, the only thing you can do is to diagnose it exists in a cat.

Our cat has to have urgent care here and we are so lucky to have found this vet!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Our cat was in great care and we felt very comfortable and happy with his treatment. They explained everything very good and made sure we were able to visit him everyday during his 5 day stay. Highly recommended!!

Last year our Guinea Pig Fizz needed a certificate of good health and age in order to compete for the Guinness World Records.

Dr Uebersachs is a high professional. Highly qualified he takes care of 3 of my dogs. Lovely employees too that always welcome you with a smile and are super flexible.

Wonderful staff, very attentive! After ending up at a different clinic due to an emergency visit- I can not recommend these guys more! The other place truly showed me what a gem I had found!

After bad experiences after several other clinics- we tried these guys out- and we have never been happier! They are more proactive, professional, and and caring!

One of our cats was being treated for bladder crystals, but the treating clinic kept mishandling the urine samples and insisting we needed to continue buying the prescription food from them (but it was making him fat and sick too!) when we switched to Vet des Tuileries- we found out my cat didn’t actually need the prescription food!

Thank you!! We will never take our babies anywhere else!!

Very helpful and nice. I came twice without any appointement, one time about my cat having a tick and the second time to post a flyer because she disappeared.
