Super Gespräch am Telefon, kompetente Beratung. Termin zur Probefahrt gemacht. Beim Eintreffen im Shop zum vereinbarten Termin: Mitarbeiter surft im Internet nach Kindersitzen bei Decathlon. Lässt mich warten, kein Zeichen, dass er mich sich für mich interessiert. Nach 8 min Wartezeit und keiner Reaktion des Mitarbeiters gehe ich wieder.

Später in einem E-Mail Verkehr lässt sich das Thema angenehm lösen. Hab dann sehr gute Probefahrt machen können.

Sehr angenehm, wenn sich anfängliche Probleme leicht und einfach lösen lassen.
