Worst service ever. I called for service repair and got hang up on twice. In our first year, our dishwashing machine was broken and we had to wait 1 year for the repair. This time, it’s the collective washing machine that is broken (used by 3 apartments) and it’s impossible to reach them nor to get any email response. Unprofessional and unhelpful.

Beware of this company. I left my apartment 3 months ago and they keep my deposit (3 months rent) since then. The apartment was totally clean without any damage,they told me that I will receive my full deposit one to two weeks later
3 months after, I have received nothing, they are not replying to my phone calls or emails and they don't provide any reason, they just claim it is a problem with the owner (an insurance company) with no more details.

Complete time wasters - I am not surprised there are so many negative reviews. Against my better judgement I submitted an application for one of their properties and was told that because I was second in line that I was not successful, which was fine. They offered another apartment in the same building on a different floor and said that as I was first in line I had the best chance of getting it. I submitted my application and after constantly trying to reach them over the phone and email for over a week I was told that I was again unsuccessful (even though they received my application first and I fulfilled all the criteria) and that actually it's his manager that has the final say on who gets selected. Very shady. They will keep you completely in the dark, are highly unprofessional and very unhelpful and if I could rate them zero stars I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I don't understand why don't they offer online viewings. Considering the current situation with Corona, they should be more open to this idea. At least they were friendly when they rejected my request of having an online viewing for one flat.

Very poor customer service for existing tenants. It is so hard to reach them. Emails are not responded to timely. It is very difficult to reach them on the phone either. With an urgent repair work needed, I am facing a hard time.

Livit Basel has very poor service - availability via phone is very low and even e-mails don't get answered.
