I felt discriminated against because I am not white, I am brown and asian. It's horrible to have experienced this multiple times in this country in such a short span of time since I moved here, and which I have encountered way more than my years of living in France. My husband and I went here one night because of a bad wound which I'd rather not elaborate. We waited for quite a long time for the physician. And when he got to me, he treated my concern as if it was no big deal and that I was overreacting. Then proceeded to dismiss it rather quickly as he told me inappropriate reasoning......We, most especially I was shocked, I felt so belittled.
The person who was treated before me btw is caucasian. And her concern? It was so minor you'd drop your jaw, yet she was taken care of very well, and boy, did they take their time. And guess what? The next morning during my appointment at my physical therapist, she was able to smoothly help me with my concern.

Went extremely sick and filled with gases, the person on the counter recommended that I drink coca cola just because they didn't have the medicine I wanted. Instead of telling me to go to the other Apotheke with a 24/7 service

Update: had to go for a second time, not my choice. The person on the counter recommended me to use something that ended up hurting my ears and now the doctor says I won't be able to hear.

Probably the only pharmacy that opens on Sunday in Basel! It is big and the staff were always helpful. The only downside is that there could be a long line sometimes especially on weekends. It is also a little tricky to find if you are new to Basel SBB. Overall I have always had positive experience here!

Worst pharmacy in Basel, horrendous customer service. They act as if they were doing you a favor, when actually one is paying a premium for the location. Never go here if you can avoid it.

Open till late in the evening (10 pm). Doesn't change extra like some 24hr apotheke do. Staff is friendly and helpful. Many counters cause less waiting time. Check out the giant touch screen robot they use to fetch medicines. Pretty high tech.

Most of your staff are so lovely and helpful but one old lady that works there is racist. I’m so sorry that my single-syllable four-letter surname is so difficult for you.
