Friendly but poorly trained staff. Simple low calorie drinks like Americano (Espresso topped up with water) or Flat White are beyond them. Even if you explain first what you want. Disappointing compared to the general Swiss "expensive but worth it" coffee culture

Veramente deludente. Per fare un cappuccio quasi 20 minuti. La tazza è arrivata tutta sporca con la panna del cappuccino che strabordava. Il caffè? Beh mai trovato. Non ero l'unico nella stessa situazione. Tutte le persone sedute nel locale erano abbastanza alterate da questa situazione. Sicuramente staff molto gentile ma poco preparato.

Café de la gare de Bâle. Les personnels sont accueillant. mais la terrasse donne sur le grand couloir intérieur de la gare. Ce n'est pas chauffé et c'est difficile de trouver du calme

Scheint etwas understaffed, auf jeden Fall könnte man mit etwas Organisation noch was machen, scheint oft etwas chaotisch. In den Stosszeiten wartet man immer. Bäckereiprodukte und Kaffee in Ordnung, preislich eher an der oberen Grenze.

Der Latte maciatto kommt fast kalt an den Tisch, ewige Wartezeiten ich finde es nicht gemütlich

Obwohl die Preise Bahnhof mässig an der oberen Skala sind, überzeugt das Personal (wenigstens heute) nicht wirklich.
