Worse customer service ever. First of all it’s not possible to order without Swiss number which is pure stupidity in XXI century. Another thing, your order cannot be modified once you pay. They sent 2 items as 2 different packages despite the fact they were order at the same time and it require you to be available twice - not possible to make joint package or schedule delivery at same day. Support phone drops call after listening to IVR and their mail server is not working - sends back the e-mail with note that it’s not configured to receive messages. Chat support is a joke, deaf for reports about phone and mail. Canceling the order is not possible either. I ended up canceling the delivery via the post and still waiting for refund. Won’t use their service ever again.

I asked by email of the cost in replacing the Samsung Z3 Flip display which started to have cracks in the middle just after 16 month of use very far from what Samsung guarranties ( 400'000 display open /close operations ) and I gave them my IMEI number, instead to inform me the cost they asked me again for the IMEI and S/N eventhough serial number is impossible to be red when the display is dead nor was given to me on sellers receipt . ZERO service , no wonder they have no local dealers service centers

Probably the worst customer service and product quality experience I have ever made with a company. Period. On black friday I ordered a TV with the option premium delivery (which cost me 99 CHF). I received the TV 12 days after my order. My request for a refund for this failed express delivery went unanswered. When I opened up the packaging I was presented with another great surprise: The TV was broke. Split up through the middle. I wrote to them last week asking for a interchange (warranty) rights. I have then been called and told that they will only return but not interchange my TV. I wrote to them telling them that I insist on my warranty rights. Haven't heard back from them in a week! I would recommend to anyone: hands off of this unprofessional company.

No customer Service, I am have everything from Samsung from every Galaxy Note since Note1 to now Note 20 ultra 5g, All our Big screen TV's, Smartshings Hub, Refrigerator and more. This useless Servicecenter does not even allow to check availability if a Screen is available in stock to be replaced. You have to travel to the service center, not able to make an appointment not knowing how long it will take to get replaced. I'm told it will take 10 work days. Sorry Samsung you are crazy, have a look at Apple, you play in the same price Group with a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G as Apple! You took everything useful from The Galaxy Note, first the SD Card Slot, then the Headphone Jack and now even customer Service. I'm done with Samsung.

Premium delivery as described while ordering products from Samsung Switzerland is not accurate. Basically the customer pays u003e100 CHF for a regular delivery, which most of the time is free for more expensive items.

Premium delivery promised delivery in 2-3 days. Actual delivery took 8 days.
Premium delivery promised an SMS/call 20min before delivery - never happened, had to run down to catch the delivery folks, who as usual don't bother waiting for more than 1min after ringing on doorbell.

I have bought a tablet in December that included a promo (a gift card and the cover book). After few weeks I received via email the code for the gift card but I had never received the cover book nor the tracking number. In March I have asked what was going on and after a very vague and not satisfactory reply, I sent more e-mails with no further reply. I had to buy my cover book and JUST afterwards I received an e-mail where they apologised and offered a compensation because the cover book was kind of "lost". So basically I waited 5 months for a solution and I received instead a compensation.
Never expected this from a company like Samsung and especially NOT in Switzerland.

I would put zero star if I could. I bought a washer and drier machines less than 1 year and a half ago and both already had issues. I am currently with the washer machine not functioning, already made a complain and they promised to call me back but it never happened. I have been calling the call center and they always give me the same automatic/useless response.
Samsung bad quality products and worst customer service ever! BE AWARE!!
I had Miele machines for the past 10 years and they never broke down or needed maintenance.

This service is not only highly unprofessional by people who have no idea at all of Samsung products , they don't understand a word in English eventhough English is the standard industry language everywhere, but they also acting fraudulently . While having a problem with Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G phone, the customer support woman instructed me despite repeated hesitations at my end to make a general reset assuring me that except Net and Audio Settings it wont affect any of my settings. In fact also all Bluetooth, APPs and Bixby settings were fully lost .Due to damages she caused us we turned the case to a Lawyer .Stay away from Samsung Electronics !
