Very wide variety of products which are nice gifts!

The books look amazing and you can find games, cards for weddings or birthday.

I am sure that I will come back for other gifts!

One of my favourite bookstores in Zurich, relatively small and cozy. Has a nice variety of children literature that is well displayed

We shop at this bookstore from time to time. My 9yo daughter likes to buy books as birthday presents for her school friends. The nice thing about the store is that they offer gift-wrapping services. You pay for the item first, then get it gift-wrapped on site. Except today when my daughter picked a book from the sale section in the very front of the store. She asked the cashier if they can gift-wrap it. The cashier blatantly told her NO. I asked why, she said since the book is on sale, it is not possible to have it gift-wrapped. I was really surprised. A book is a book whether it's on sale or not. If we bought a non-sale book for the exact same price then it can be wrapped?!

PS. the cashier does not do the wrapping, another woman does it and she was free at that time as not many people were in the store. I am disappointed by how this store treats their customers. Will not be shopping here anymore :(

Great shop for novels, development books, children books, board games, dvds, and small gift ideas. Cherry on the cake: they even have a french section now, small, but with a good selection :)

Good bookshop, with a very good selection and well organized. It feels a bit overwhelming and not so much as a place to take your time. The staff is often (too?) busy and maybe because if that they aren't always very friendly

I'm disgusted by their policy of returns. 1 day later I come back to return one of the many items I bought there and they don't even give cash. They give me a voucher. I won't be buying here anymore.

I bought so cool books there. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Good choice for different kinds of books!
