All is lovely. We enjoyed our stay. It's close to the old town and the lake. Perfect location. Comfy bed. Spacious room. Fantastic service staff. Free e-bike rental. Delicious breakfast...the list goes on and on. The SPA relaxing area could be bigger.

This is a smart 5 star hotel in the middle of Zurich. Staff are professional and attentive. Rooms are large and beds are very comfortable, great night sleep. Had a meal in the restaurant, service was great, meal was average, staff good. Definitely would stay again. Thanks for a great couple of nights. Off to Luzern now.

Nice place ,but tough to get a good night sleep for the price. You can hear everything outside your room including house keeping . House keeping is banging away and trying to prevent its guests from sleeping in. Notified front desk quite a few times and it seems they don't care just like another reviewer mentioned. Nice to visit for business, but I'd not recommend my friends to stay the night.

It lives up to the hype. I have never felt so genuinely cared for by hotel staff. Huge beautiful room (odd layout but perfect for our romantic intentions). Great front desk staff, concierge, and valet. They hunted down a tattoo parlor for us with great reviews AND last minute availability. Walkable to everywhere. I would stay here again if I ever return to Zurich!

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very luxurious and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that one would expect from a five-star hotel. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch.
The hotel is located in a great location and is close to many attractions. I would definitely recommend Park Hyatt to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The check-in service is pretty good and the staff is patiently introducing us to the places of interests in Zurich and kindly remind us that most of the restaurants are closed on Sunday. Other than that, I didn't feel anything special about this Park Hyatt. We didn't receive any welcome gift, which is a bit unusual since we almost get welcome gift in all the other 5-star hotels in Switzerland.

The room is nice and clean. The bathroom is standard in Park Hyatt -- there is a sliding door so that you can see through the bathroom from your bed.

Overall, it's a standard Park Hyatt experience. Nothing too exciting here, but nothing bad also.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The service provided by all staff, particularly Lucien during checkin/out and the concierge, was five star. The rooms are large and modern, and the location is very convenient to explore Zurich.

We have recently stayed at the park Hyatt Zurich for 9 nights and my impression wasn’t the best to be fair and I will explain.
On arrival we got to the reception and the receptionist named Anastasia couldn’t find our reservation, we have paid before arrival and even then took us far to long to check in. She doesn’t seem to know what she was doing. At first I thought bless her she is probably a new employee but we had more problems with her during our stay.
Restaurant downstairs is pretty but dusty in the corners, service very slow and often they will mess up with your order or make you wait 45m for an egg royal while your coffee gets cold. The bedroom was lovely, nice in size and has everything you might need but again we dropped some wine in our bed sheet and we could see that little drop during our stay meaning the bed sheet wasn’t changed. We often call downstairs to request the baby's trash to be changed or to take our clothes to Laundry event that we filled the paper prior but nobody from the housekeeping team took care of that. Bell boys are never there when you arrive to park you car, and often are busy chatting away instead of helping. The location is amazing and staff generally are very polite and nice. So based on the price we pay and the 5-star experience I had else where I must confess I was a bit disappointed with the experience we had. Maybe bad luck but will make me think twice before booking here again.
