I have been using VZ Services since 2009, started with advice on financial investments, continuing with PK, 3rd Pillar, and extended to Tax Advise and preparation, mortgage and insurances. I am very happy with all these services, especially the wise of advice, always timely, professional and friendly manner. The fact of having a single contact person, the Consultant ( the same person since the beginning ) is ensuring a mutual trust and beneficial relationship - what else would you require? I am very satisfied.

Due to a changed family situation, I needed support with my parents' wealth management. On the occasion I also had our pension planning checked.
Investment strategies were proposed following a needs assessment. These were explained in detail at another meeting.
All personal contacts were very pleasant and professional. The cost structure is transparent and the service fees charged are acceptable. The costs for the advice will be charged separately. Current accounts are kept free of charge. The debit card is free and there is also the possibility to apply for a credit card free of charge.
Every year you are invited to a portfolio review meeting. A detailed documentation provides information about the current composition of the entire portfolio.
All in all, we are very happy with the performance of the portfolio and the service. The performance of the portfolio though is depending on the risk strategy and are a very personal choice.

Wir sind über 10 Jahre Kunden beim VZ-Bern. Sehr gute und äusserst kompetente Beratung - herzlichen Dank Herr Galli. Die Vermögensberatung ist ebenfalls auf einem Top Niveau, sehr sachlich und verständlich erklärt - herzlichen Dank Herr Breiding. Auch wenn sich die Themen im sehr informativen NL wiederholen, wird das seine Gründe haben und basiert auf der Erkenntnis, dass viele Personen / Familien sich u.a. nicht bewusst sind, was eine Pension, eine Reduktion der Arbeitszeit, eine Nachlassplanung, kostengünstige Geldanlagen etc. mit sich bringen.
Wir freuen uns jedenfalls auf den nächsten NL oder einer Besprechung im VZ-Bern.

Ich benötige im Moment zwar keine weitere Beratung. Aber die Newsletter schätze ich sehr, trotz der -unvermeidbaren - Wiederholungen bestimmter Themen.
Komplexe Zusammenhänge sind anschaulich dargestellt, und wichtige aktuelle Themen werden informativ aufbereitet.

Heute um 13:30 habe ich einen Termin vereinbart an der Bahnhofstrasse 20 in Aarau. Ich habe Herr Fischl heute Morgen 10: 05 telefonisch kontaktiert, um mir nochmals den Termin bestätigen zu lassen. Als ich dann heute 13.30 vor Ort war wie besprochen kam leider niemand! Keine Kundenbetreuung und nicht Empfehlens wert ....

Leider sehr enttaüscht. Ich hatte ein Gespräch mit einem Berater. Er hat mir empfohlen, einen gewissen Betrag zu investieren. Ich sollte überlegen und ich habe ihm später geschrieben, dass ich interessiert war für einen kleineren Betrag. Er hat meine Email nie geantwortet!!!! Ich vermute dass dieser Betrag nicht interessant genug für ihn ist und finde diese Mentalität extrem schlimm. Ich kann deshalb diese Firma nicht empfehlen!!!!
