Location is very good. Near the train station, and the train station below has many shops such as supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, etc. Also near Laderach, the chocolate shop.

Breakfast was quite good, but we found out that it might be cheaper to buy on the spot instead of include when booking hotel.

Room was reasonably clean but the bed‘s headboard was a bit stained.

It was a bit noisy at night due to the activities on the street outside the hotel, though our room was on the highest floor (5th level).

PROS
- LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - this hotel is located only 5 min walk from Zurich HB
- The customer service was excellent; Alex and Robert were SO helpful and considerate and definitely made out stay very enjoyable. Big Kudos to both of them. Alex went out of his way to make our stay very comfortable
- the breakfast was fine and equivalent with a continental breakfast in the US. plenty of options
- the room was clean and the amenities were fine.
- lots of cafes and restaurants outside the hotel and nearby
- There is a Bachmans store, litterally 50 ft from the hotel that has lots of quick sandwiches and desserts and gelato. We used several times to get food before going out for the day on tours

T’wast most wondrous and comfortable.
The room didst get a dram hot but t’wast well worth it.
The location wast most spectacular.

Great location. You are next to the train station and old city. The room was clean and big enough for a family . The online check-in and check out saves you some time.

Wish they had Air conditioning otherwise the location, rooms and service was wonderful. For a boutique hotel, rooms were larger than expected.

Charming hotel perfectly located at the entrance of banhoffstrasse (in front of the main station)
The rooms are very classy and comfortable
Bathroom is not exactly modern but fonctionnal enough
Possibility of breakfast at the first floor
Service is welcoming and friendly

We stayed here for a night in the Junior Suite, which could accommodate our group of 3. The Suite had a double bed and a sofa bed, plus a small kitchenette. The double bed was quite comfortable, as for the sofa bed it's about what can be expected (which is to say not as comfortable as a regular bed). The reception staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is well located, it's close to the train station and a short walk into the old town.

Positive: Cozy and charming, quiet and calm, well arranged and homey! Loved this sweet hotel! Location par excellence! Negative: No downgrades.
