Worse company to deal with, they keep sending my invoices years after I parted with them. They don't even know their own Terms and Conditions and they are a fraud. Stay away expats, just find another way. The reviews on their website are fake.

Unfortunately contact with the customer service is nearly impossible. I’ve been hanging on a call waiting for someone to respond for over an hour and nothing! Not to mention late response for email correspondence.

Once you get your rental it’s ok, however first you have to really stress!

Overpriced. Even I want to give 0 star..
Processing fee of CHF 100 for a termination.Verit immobilien sent them bill of CHF 200 on behalf of me and then they send me bill of CHF 300. CHF 100 for only processing. If I directly paid verit then I can save 100 franks. I find it overpriced and extremely unprofessional.

My Fiancee put her trust in its service and company, they refused the caution and only sent a letter about it in the day it should get paid, no respect for the customers and no explanations, letting her in a bad position and with limit time to resolve a mess they created, patethic service, id not recommend for my worst enemy!
