They refused to repair one original item inspected by them to be original only because I received it second hand and because I’m not the first owner. So if you give your own item to your heirs they will not get any support by HW. Except if you don’t bring them the original invoice, an extract how the owner died and the extract how you are the heir. And I don’t even know if it will be sufficient. It seems that their support is non “forever” but only until the first owner is alive. You may not give the jewelry to your kids, or if you do, they may not receive any support for repairs. I’ve been told “go to any private goldsmith to have your original HW item repaired”. Service and customer care level really questionable in my opinion. Not happy at all.

I stopped by to inquire about a wedding band I'd seen on their website and Alexia, as well as the entire team were very helpful. Even though I told them I wouldn't be buying anything at this time, they offered to measure my exact ring size, so that I'd be all set for when I do make the purchase. It was a truly lovely experience!
