Very exaggerated price, 25% more expensive than other pharmacies, this is a complete fraud! Because time was urgent, I went to buy 3 bottles of coenzyme Q10 for a friend. All other pharmacies in Switzerland sell for 92.50sfr, but this pharmacy sells for 115.00sfr. Is it because the rent is expensive? Or do you use different prices because you see foreigners? Note that I speak Swiss German when shopping. Shopping time at 15:30 on 05Jul.

best customer service I've had in Zurich. Came in for a covid test to travel, super friendly staff helped me immediately. When I couldn't download the app because I couldn't access the Swiss apple store, I e-mailed them and they got back to me within an hour with a copy of the result.

Love this pharmacy! Got a blood test here and they really took time to explain all the results (and the prices before taking the test!) It was so much better than going to my doctor, way more affordable, and they found out things that even my doctor didn't find. Very nice staff and wonderful location. Thank you TopPharm.

The pharmacy gave medicine without warning of the side affects. I visited the pharmacy for skin problem in May and joints inflammation in Oct. For both times, I've been suffering from the side affects and the skin problem has not been cured until now.
Only go for shopping and not professional treatments..

My husband and I went to this place before flying to France and Panama. They tested us the PCR and promised to deliver the results by email. But they never did it or called us! Irresponsible and awful service. Later we have tried to be in touch with them but TopPharm pharmacy Paradeplatz Switzerland, don't answer in anyway.

Had a really good facial treatment from cellcosmet lady in the 4th floor , also got tips for how to use their product . Leave the store with happiness and knowledges !
