The store was so cute. They have more stuff than they display. Just ask! The staff is nice and they change the color of ink from default with free of charge. Also no additional fee for gift wrapping.

Great customer service. I was a little hesitant to go there with my toddler but the staff was very sweet and I felt welcome. She was also very patient with me choosing a pen. Highly recommended.

Nice pens. One would think that with only two other customers the staff would at least acknowledge your presence and offer to help you out when they can, rather than being ignored for a good five minutes after asking for help

Absolutely wonderful!
Excellent array of fountain pens and related equipment, and the assistant was very helpful and patient throughout my extensive pen sampling.
A little pricey, but more than worth it for the experience. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful store with truly helpful and kind people. They carry pretty much all brands of fountain pens and the knowledge to match. My favourite in Zurich!

Very friendly and professional staff. They have a wide variety of fountain pens. They also have a nice seating area where you can try out the pens. Landolt-Arbenz is my go to place for fountain pen inks. They have the best selection here in Zürich. You can also see how the ink looks because they have a binder with samples. Prices are what you would expect in Switzerland.

They were very helpful in finding a calligraphy starter set the first time we went in, as they talked to us extensively regarding what we were looking for and hoping to learn. They were even more helpful when we went back today for paper, as they let us try out a bunch of different types so we could decide which would be best for a fountain pen.

Extravagant collection of pens. From reasonable to fantastically priced fountain pens for which price you could buy a car. Beautiful shop with friendly staff. After visiting this shop “reasonably priced” has a whole different meaning.
