The people from Backyard have already saved me a couple times. They always helped on the spot, be it with small parts replacements, spokes, bent hanger, stuck screw. The prices for the parts and services are very affordable!

Battery of my shifter died at the start of my ride. Went in and they didn’t even ask a single question. Took my bike, changed the battery in 3 minutes, charged only 8 chf and I was on time for my lunch ride group. Deffo coming back.

This is how it should be. Providing valuable advice and quality service. Once you buy a bike here, it goes even to another level. You don't need to worry anymore, it's the place to go when anything happens or you need something. The staff and the owner are great professionals and they are really keen to make you happy with your bike. They know how it feels when your bike is broken and they properly repair it to make you happy again. Example for others.

The best bicycle service ever! Very professional, they sometimes can do some repairs without preliminary appointment even and the prices are very reasonable! I went to them the 3d time today and I am now extremely happy with my bike being perfect again, all done in 20 min. Thank you!

EN: Very knowledgeable, helpful and transparent. I didn't feel like they wanted to just take money away from me, but actually to improve my cycling on the service. They addressed an issue I had with the bottom bracket and were done even before they have initially said and where very thorough explaining to me the work. Definitely worth waiting for my appointment.

Called to see if they would do children’s bike repair and they were rude and unhelpful.

???? I asked if you do repairs at the shop. Not on the phone. Guess it was a misunderstanding. better listening and a more helpful attitude would’ve been good customer service.
