I had a New York steak with fries and a glass of Chateauneuf du Pape. Everything was great: very tasty medium-rare steak, with a bit of fat melting in your mouth and the nice taste of grill on the surface. Delicious.

Good quality steak house with a reasonable price and excellent service. We were looked after really well. We ordered 700g T-Bone medium rare and it came out beautifully.

The serving was not good. We got the side dishes 10 mins before the meat. The souse was cold…they took our plates before we where done.

We had a wonderful experience! The steak was cooked to perfection and the pepper sauce was delicious. The server was professional and friendly

The food was delicious, but the service could not match the level. Don't get me wrong, this was far from a bad experience - but there is room for improvement.

Service was quite attentive. Food was so-so. There are many other options(steakhouses) for the money. Wine selection was good enough.

The experience was unsatisfying.
a) Prices were high and quality was low
The prices are relatively high and the provided quality didn't meet our expectations. One of the cheapest 300g steaks starts already at about 66 CHF and this does not include any sides apart from a sauce. The taste and quality of the provided steak was disappointing.
b) Menus and prices are confusing
We had a sirloin steak for which the price was different on the menu with pictures vs. the classical menu without them. It should be more transparent to a customer which price they have to pay.
c) Attention to detail was missing
The general setup was mediocre with bread that was not warm and provided olive oil that barely had any taste. Another example is that we were sitting outside and the "call your waiter" sign looked cheap.

A silver lining was that our waiter was friendly and answered our questions.
