Not worth the money, go anywhere else. This is NOT a four star hotel. And on top of it, the staff were extremely rude.

Here's a list of our awful experience:
- You can't control the temperature in the room.
- Some random person comes by and interrupts you in the room in the evening claiming to need to come and "check the minibar".
- You can hear people coughing in the next room. That's how thin the walls are.
- No gym on premises or sauna, the listing is wrong.
- Shower is fine if you're under 5'5 tall and don't want to control the temperature (it was awful). The bathroom sink didn't drain. The coffee maker leaked. The room had only two pillows and two towels. The bed was not comfortable.
- Terrible staff, who managed to get our order wrong.
- We checked out and settled our bill the night before leaving as we had an early start, and the next morning the staff argued with us at length, even after we showed proof of purchase, that we hadn't paid.
- Our keys stopped working at night, and there was nothing like an apology from the staff who acted like we inconvenienced them to ask for working keys to our room.
- The breakfast was good but before I was even done eating, the staff insisted I sign a bill for breakfast even though we were told on arrival that it was included. Hospitality here: non existent.

Pros: Great location. Very close to the lake, and just next to the tram/train station. Cons: Looks clean but I'm not sure if it actually is. There were something left from previous customer in the bathroom when I arrived (it was on the shelf, so maybe missed that point?). I'm glad that I had my own shampoo, lotion etc. because they never brought them during my 4 night stay. I don't know if it was something I shall request from them. My shower broke so I had to switch my room in the night. I would vote worse but the lobby/information desk people were always very kind and tried to solve the problems immediately.

I travel on business about once or twice a year and this has been over of my nicest experiences with a hotel. It's a very pleasant hotel with a nice breakfast, I didn't make use of the bar or dinner (which is closed on Sundays like the majority of Zurich) so I can't say how that experience is. My room was perfectly kept by the staff as is expected in a 4-star hotel. The receptionists and restaurant staff are fluent in English which is a bit rare in Switzerland, so I really appreciate that. Being near to multiple museums (including the FIFA football museum next door) and next to a major rail station (Bahnhof Enge) with a trolley going along the world-class designer shopping experience that is Bahnhofstrasse makes it a nice starting point for adventures.

Great and convenient location, very friendly staff. Loved the breakfast as well. Room is small but adequate and suits my needs perfectly. My second time staying here and will be happy to return again if work brings me to ZRH.

Everything about the stay was nice. i think some rooms (at least mine) could do with a plumbing upgrade, on/off hot/cold there was little middle ground with faucets/shower. The breakfast and coffee were good too

Good location, good service which is ok for the price paid.
Nevertheless after one week from my stay, I found out by chance that my cash deposit was not refund yet and I had to claim it back. Poor customer service in this case.

Very good location of this Hotel. Just opposite to Fifa Museum in Zurich. The hotel is just next to tram station Bahnoh Enge. Almost every major route in Zurich is connected by tram and hence one can reach very comfortable to any part of Zurich from this hotel. Staff is good and helpful. Very limited choice in the morning breakfast buffet. All in all a very good experience.

Overall the hotel is pretty nice. Clean room and everything you'd need. Rooms could be a bit bigger but it's not a huge complaint
