The instructors are very professional, skilled and give a lot of “positive energy”, I love to take classes with them. The studio is set up with attention to the smallest details, is welcoming and simple at the same time. I strongly recommend this studio if you wish to do good quality movement and training, relax and feel at ease.

The location of this gym is perfect, in the very heart of St. Gallen. It ain't big, but the space is optimized to deliver a comfortable experience. The owners are prepared and professional, and will take good care of your body and, in doing so, of your soul as well.

Great and professional Studio! Nice and cozy ambience, I enjoyed very much the class, the teacher is so nice and highly trained. I would recommend this place to everyone.

If you're looking for a professional, motivated and fun trainer, Sara is the one! Had the pleasure to train with her couple of years in Vienna and I was totally satisfied! Highly recommended!!!
