What a scam! I needed to wrap an item and I asked this man how much it would totally cost if I bring my own bubble wrap and let it wrapped by them plus another layer.. he said 31 CHF plus 10 CHF for the extra „work“.. as I was in a hurry I agreed and wanted then to pay by card, he immediately insisted if I have 10 CHF in cash but the 31 CHF I could pay by card.. yes exactly, that was so obvious that he wanted to make that extra 10 CHF and put it in his pocket! I didn’t have the nerves and the time to argue with him as I suppose he took advantage of the situation.

Super service and attention. Also, I returned and put one of my stuff there to take it later, it was kept safely for long time and salesman working there was very kind and helpful.

Sloppy cover, too thin foil; does not protect as promised - tears after one flight, not a good product; defintiely too expensive; product not recommended; website for bag registration has permanent error 404, cannot be reached; customer service questionable. Definitely not recommended.

Wir haben unsere Velos dort verpacken lassen. Es hat 35.- pro Kiste gekostet. Der Verkäufer war äusserst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Fahrräder haben die Reise inkl. Stopover erfolgreich überstanden.

Super Service, haben zwar nur eine Verpackung für ein Fahrrad gekauft, Bedienung zuerst am Telefon und im Shop war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. DANKE

Nach unsere Reise, in welcher unsere beiden Koffer signifikant beschädigt wurden, fragten wir nach der versprochenen Versicherung bei der Safebag ZH-Airport nach… Die Filiale verwies mich jetzt mehrmals auf den Kundendienst, welcher nicht Kontaktiert werden kann und auch keinen Kontakt mit mir aufnimmt.

Ich wurde abgezockt…!

Grösste abzocke überhaupt. Für ein bisschen Folie um mein Gepäck zu wickeln, 25.- Franken??? Wie ist das bitte gerechtfertigt? An Notsituationen der Passagiere verdienen, nur so kann ich es erklären.
