Taking care customer from Asian please don’t act like we are criminal, I do understand that you have to keep an eye on some suspicion customers… but I was trying shoes and carry 2 products from your store… first she ask me to leave those stuff at cashier, oh ok that was helpful so I can enjoy looking for my new shoes…. But!!!! Another stuff keep coming asking if I need help? So I said no… then 1 min.later the other start following me everywhere I walking… I feel so annoying and sad for them that they having Avery easy job but they can’t make it …. I know that something might have happened but…. If you smart enough you will know who is stealer who is not… not always keep watching me following me every move I make… there were 3 customers… but you can’t handle the situation… and for the guy who teaching the stuff from this shop… do your job better… this is stupid shopping experience I ever had in Zurich… I never will buy any things from this store again… I have been shopping this store in Zurich city but now never ever…so disappointed about the service and quality of products….

This is for a quick buy during transit. Placed well in the floor near check in counter. Good collection and quite big shop. They have sale option with 20-30 % off on selected items. Got a waist pouch from NORD, looks great and affordable.

Really sorry cause the store seems to be full of good products, but the staff is extremely undetermined to sell. Disappointed with the service to be honest. Asking for a shoe, just getting the answer of "all you see is all I have" then to rapidly disappear. I would love to hear some options.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even offered us to put together the stunt scooter for our son. We really like that shop.

Love to pass by when on ZH airport. Nice store, pleasent employees, always ready to provide helpful info.
As long as you avoid their brand 46 Nord, you are safe. I got some of their things and it was always waste of money.
