Staffs there are very unprofessional.

Nice to see some Rolex novelties on display when we dropped by the boutique few days ago, there were two young salesmen and there is no clients. I asked one of them" By any chance you guys have any Oystersteel watches available?" He just replied "Nothing available". I understand that the demand is high, so we decided to leave. They were laughing behind our back and talking their own language when we were still in the boutique.

I travel around the European countries and this is the only Rolex call me for my desired datejust after 13 months of waiting. However, I was not able to visit Zurich airport with the given time frame and have to give up this chance.

Deputy boutique manager Gabriela Keller handled it in a professional and polite manner. I really hope I could visit them again and pick up the watch at soonest time. ????????????????????

I had an amazing time visiting the shop, sitting down with Mr. B discussing watches and the world cup final. As expected the wait is long for one of their sought after pieces but the professionalism and courtesy of Mr. B was nothing short of exceptional.

nothing available on the spot for years; do no waste your time there. I am frequent flyer from Zurich airport since 2014 and never a single time I have been proposed a watch there without waiting forever. Also, recently, the shop invited me to pass by so they could finally propose me some "available models", and when I went there on 23rd October 2022, they told me that they have nothing except the possibility to place an order to get a watch hopefully at some point in the future when they may receive a few models no one wants like basic oyster black dial etc... It seems that this shop struggles to get allocations from Rolex, and well given the google rating, the experience there, the lies, I understand why ... better place your request with another shop, or airport, and maybe consider another brand.

Terrible customer service. I was there twice in my flight in and out. Both times were horrible. The attend don’t even look up from her phones and computer.

Visited the Rolex boutique two times in 2022. During both visits, I experienced great service from the Bucherer staff. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Useless! Go away form this brand, and from this AD; a serious joke and dishonor to the Swiss watch industry. Basic industrial metal production with low quality costumer experience and service, and high crowd of wannabes looking for a purchase order, that’s what you get here. Life is short, hence save your time and go away from here.

In the comment section, Rolex Bucherer Zürich airport says they are inviting me to display the available watches; I contacted them immediately and it was a lie, they told me then they have no immediately available watches.

Do not waste your time and consider another retailer, or location, and maybe another brand than “popular” Rolex.
