We went there to look after a bed. Basically we had no interaction with the staff. I have not seen anyone btw.
That was the only space we visited, so we cannot generalise to the complete store.

Quality is high grade and price too with a large standard deviation such as between 500 to
10000 chf lol.
I guess prices are affordable during sales.
Honestly they seem not to care very much to the visitors.

Worst shop in Switzerland. Have previously purchased from micasa, Livique even ikea and never had issues. In Pfister 3 out of 4 items i bought arrived broken ( how can one brake à wardrobe door and a comode basement??) I made the oder in October 9 and 4 months later the goods have not arrived ( even though the promised delivery period was 6-8 weeks) and they cannot indicate when i will finally get them: they keep on saying 4-5 weeks to replace broken parts for 6 weeks now. Apparently the ordered replacement were « lost » and reordered again. The post sale service is so « busy » that it takes them a week to reply to email and only after several reminding calls. For these prices one could expect better service especially taking into account that the same items can be purchased in Annemasse at a significantly cheaper price. I wish I knew that back in October.

Lots of choice, lots of space, the furniture is nicely set up and the shop is well prganized. There's a restaurant inside if it's your thing ...

Very strict/not customer friendly payment terms. You are expected to pay 100% of the bill at least 20 days before delivery. If you miss it, they delay your delivery without informing you, to a date that they don't check if it fits you. I begged them to advance for couple of days to have a table to eat during the weekend, but they were completely inflexible, saying that it was my fault anyway... I ended up buying a table from Ikea to cover the weekend... Very bad customer service experience for me

Poor choice, utterly expensive, they stick to same items for years and years, same layout for 15 years, always the same.

Too cheap and too much plastic, laminate, and other unhealthy materials. Unsustainable.
