Location very close to airport, which is very helpful. The rooms are standard business rooms, so they are ok. Unfortunately no iron in the room and no complimentary water bottle. Iron you have to order and for water you have to pay. The fitness room is tiny having on a treadmill and some weights. But it has a sauna. which is great. The breakfast buffet is nice with a few vegan options available. Best is the personnel from the receptionist to the cleaning team and breakfast team, awesome people. I enjoy my stay very much.

Good hotel with nice service and free public transport pass for the stay. It is close to the tram line and it only takes about 6 minutes from there to get Building 33 (Reception building) at CERN. Which was ideal for work purposes.

Very close to Palexpo, making it very convenient during my business trip.
Spacious, clean, and modern room with many amenities included. Rich breakfast. Safe parking. Just right for the price.

Incredibly loud sound of planes day and night.
Gym is ridiculous.
The staff is nice, and breakfast also not bad.

Smart, clean modern hotel conveniently close to the airport with frequent airport shuttle service. Large, well appointed room although the bathroom was small but functional. Our room was on the outside of the circular building (odd numbered) and I suspect those on the inside of the circle (even numbered) must be significantly smaller. So ask what you're getting.
We arrived on a Friday and found the restaurant closed that evening which we thought strange. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. Wide selection of well presented hot and cold foods, even offering omelettes cooked to order.
Large free underground carpark. Take a ticket from the barrier machine as you enter and swap it for an exit ticket at reception before leaving.
Some room renovations currently ongoing on the 3rd floor but didn't cause us any problems.
Obviously not the cheapest hotel near Geneva airport but you get what you pay for. A lot of airline crew use it.

No shower gel for 3 nights, requested 2 times and never got it, the gate to get out of the parking lot did not worked properly, the button to call the front desk is out of service so you have to park again and walk to them, they did not clean our 5 rooms one night, the offer you 1 little bottle of water PER ROOM if you decide to “go green” and do not clean your room, REALLY BAD ACTITUD FROM JUSTIN at the front desk, he’s a liar and give me bad service.
