Got a studio apartment for 3 nights. Self check in n out easy. Clean and quite spacious for 2 persons. Didn't do any cooking but full kitchen with utensils, frying pan, pots, glass, mini fridge, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer etc. They don't do daily room cleaning but they kindly gave me fresh towels n did clean up when requested.

We had a comfortable stay here, with a comfortable bed and excellent location, close to the shops and waterfront. The room also provided a very good kitchen with coffee maker and all utilities for cooking. Check in was easy, via a lockbox in front of the building. There was also a free laundry provided which could be used late afternoon/evenings, which was very good after travelling for a few weeks. We so appreciated this. The bathroom also had soap, shampoo, and good towels provided.
Not so great points were that the wifi was Intermittent at times, as well as the hot water for the shower. Our biggest issue was that the building was noisy, where we could hear every conversation/door shutting in the hallway or upstairs, as well as all the conversations of our neighbours and people above us.

Both Christian and Patricia were amazing and so friendly and helpful. They even waited after hours for us to arrive to ensure we were comfortable. Thank goodness they did, as we did not receive the access details and were travelling and did not look at our emails. A suggestion is that this should be sent at the time of confirmation of the booking.

Really nice interiors, spacious 3 room apartment, good proximity to the city centre. This was among the best stays. They also give free bus passes for Lucerne. One small inconvenience was that shared washing machine can be used only after 4PM

Positive: Clean bathroom Sufficient kitchen tools/machines Attentive and friendly contact person. Negative: Badly-soundproofed Plenty of hair stuck on the pillow Stained and dirty walls/furniture/curtains Most of the towels were stained and unclean.

Nice apartment in the center of lucern . You can walk to center and there is bus station 5 min from the apartment . Patricia the owner is very kind . The apartment is very compturbal great place and location.
