Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Less than a minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Very well connected to all of Lucerne. We got the room with a balcony big enough to play cricket. The rooms are compact but the balcony made up for it. They also have breakfast, although we didn’t try it.

Positive things:
- Comfortable room.
- Location just a short 5 minute walk from the lakefront and historic district (directly across from the Panorama, and just 2 blocks from the lion statue).
- Super friendly and helpful service.
- Spectacular included breakfast, featuring 4 buffet lines and abundant food options, plus plenty of seating.
- Nice terrace outside our room, even if the view isn't much.

Negative things:
- It was a very hot two days, and the air conditioning in the room was basically non existent.
- The bath area had a rusted towel heating bar, the shower fluctuated between hot and cold at random, and the soap/gel was located on the other side of the glass partition and out of reach when showering.

Overall an incredible stay and a wise choice when in Luzern.

good location with bus stop nearby. good breakfast too. Wish we got a family room....had to take 2 rooms, so became pricey. Very pleasing receptionist. Got complimentary drinks too. Good hospitality overall.

Great hotel. I stayed here along with my wife for 3 days. The guys at the reception are very helpful and friendly. They will even provide upgrades for your room in case they have, they will tell you upfront. Breakfast is good, starts early and is well managed. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping did the basic hygiene and cleaning of rooms everyday on time.
Only thing is, since this room is in the middle of the city so no great views from the rooms.
On our last day we had to leave for a place, for which we had to checkout, but we had luggage, so we asked the reception if they could store it for some time. They did and that was very helpful.

Check in was great, reception staff were very helpful and even offered to warm our baby's food for us! The location was excellent, the room was more spacious than expected and great breeze from the window.

The only downside was that the aircon was not working the best and the shower screen wasn't long enough to prevent water from getting on the bathroom floor. But those were minor items.

Pleasant stay there. Had an issue with our booking and the front desk lady was super nice and helpful in accommodating us last minute. The room was clean, good breakfast and excellent location.

Perfect for my layover, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Love the lobby. Free train shuttle to the airport it'll take you approx. 5-10 mins to get to your baggage check in counter in Terminal 1 from the hotel itself.

The rooms are good and spacious. The service and breakfast were really good. The location (lowenplatz) is very nice and easily accessible by bus no.19 from Luzern Station. The staff is very helpful. Supermarket is just a few meters away.
