I had one of the most pleasant experience in luxury store with Mr Alessandro( if not mistaken his name) in Bucherer . I have caused him so much trouble yet he is always patience answering all my questions with a smile on his face. He even serve us water. Thank you so so much, looking forward for our dream watch came true and till we meet again!

Although Bucherer completely is a bad watch retailer currently, this branch is the worst. Very rude and arrogant staff. I dropped two rolex watches which were bought from bucherer itself for service. I dropped the watches in 1st week of November and they informed me that the watches gonna be ready after 8 weeks, which is January. I came by 2nd week of Feb and it wasn't ready. And they didn't even contact me to inform me of the delay. They wasted my time by travelling from LA all the way to Lugano. Do not believe a word of what they will tell you if you walk into this store. They will not even greet you, the first thing you will be informed we Do Not Sell to non swiss nationals!!

What an amazing store, first time in a Rolex dealers shop. Very polite and patient in explaining all the features of the watch. Can’t wait to return!

Interesting shop but MORE interesting are old cars standing in front. Just look and admire. Eye catching!

I recently bought a B-Swiss watch (Crosstar Gents) in Lugano's shop. Despite it is a kind of "entry level" watch the treatment was like I bought a Rolex or similar. In few words: I felt "like a king". Two weeks after I came back to buy another B-Swiss for my wife and once again a fantastic experience. Thanks to all the staff, thanks Bucherer! It was far away the best customer experience in my life.
[EDIT] an important note: all this despite the first time I was dressed a little bit too sporty for this kind of shop, because it wasn't planned to enter. This is, to my eyes, a very important detail.

Lousy treat unless you look fancy or rich
I was ready to spend good money but even though the store always almost empty there were no questions, no interest and I was just asked to visit the web site
Will never return or purchase here
