Amazing boat ride with friendly service.

You can rent a small (17 ft) boat with a 8 hp engine alone so you drive with no license required for 65 Swiss Francs an hour

Friendly staff and on the beautiful lake… plus …the only place that knows how to serve a pint and not rip-off the visitors!

Wow! Such an amazing day out made possible by Boatcenter Lugano. Daniel was especially helpful, he answered all of our questions and went out of his way to make sure our family had a good time. Thanks Boatcenter, such a beautiful experience!

Very unorganized and unfriendly! We booked in advance a boat for 8 persons. However when we arrived there our boat was not available because they gave it to someone else although they clearly had our details written down in their planner. We then had the option to wait for over 40 minutes or leave. And the stuff was more than unfriendly. They didn't even think about apolozing to us for their mistake. I wouldn't recommend this place at all!

Very familyunfriendly café! We asked them to heat up the babyfood that we brought. We finally got the food in a bowl together with PIECES OF A GLASS that got broken. Fortunately we saw the glass pieces. Otherwise it would have been very dangerous. We didn‘t receive any real excuse or any other gesture for this incident.

Cute cafe by the lake. Friendly staff and a breathtaking view make for a great combination! There are both coffees and ice creams and wine and beer on the menu.
