I was fortunate to experience a private session at Vivid Pilates during my short stay in Lausanne. Vivica was an excellent instructor. She ensured that all the fundamentals (breathing, postures, etc) were covered before challenging me to the next level. The studio was also bright, elegant and functional. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely come again in the future. Thank you!

I have been attending Vividpilates' classes for more than 2 years now. By far one of the best teacher I know, in a studio or online, Vivica combines the right balance of professionalism, feedback, smile and hard work!
I have been attending her pre-natal classes online this year, and I can only recommend them to all the future mamas to feel amazing!

Vivica knows what she's doing! I leave energised after every session. My muscles feel released and revived. She has great energy, and I learn something new every time. Highly recommend!!!

Vivica is a very professional and empathic instructor, her classy and relaxed style is reflected in the whole studio, which is an amazing space to relax and reconnect. If you are looking for a great yoga, pilates and/or gyrotonic studio in Lausanne look no further. This place is absolutely not to be missed!

VIVID PILATES changed my way of seeing sports, not as obligation but a perfect experience in a super modern studio with very open and kind teachers! After almost 3 months, 3 times a week I really see a big difference in my health, body and posture!!!!!
