Very high quality products and a nice
Place with super friendly staff. Service is amazing and the staff is very well trained , helpful and willing to assist you. I just went to try some
Shoes and verify the size. I would definitely shop in the future and it’s totally recommended . Huge plus that they are fluent in English.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice und noch schlechtere Kommunikation. Habe am 05.07.2022 ein Produkt bestellt, bei welchem mir seitens Swiss Sport Style eine Lieferfrist von 3-5 Wochen versprochen wurde. (Laut Hersteller ist das Produkte in 7-10 Tagen verfügbar.) Habe das Produkt trotz unzähligem Nachhacken per Mail bis heute noch nicht erhalten (7.5 Monate!). Die meisten meiner Mails blieben unbeantwortet oder ohne sachlichen Inhalt. Als ich telefonisch mal nachfragen wollte wie der aktuelle Stand ist, wurde mir einfach der Hörer aufgelegt, als ich mich auf Deutsch vorstellte.
Eigentlich ist sogar ein Stern noch eine zu gute Bewertung für dieses Unternehmen! Ich würde dringend jedem davon abraten (zumindest online) etwas über dieses Unternehmen zu bestellen.

L'accueil est toujours très professionnel et le personnel consacre du temps à ses clients. Vous trouverez entre autre dans la boutique les produits Peak Performance, J.Lindeberg,... D'excellentes marques pour le golf et le ski.
