They search to bill you extra whenever the chance rises. Whether you are an owner or tenant. The main goal here is to get more money using the 105 CO. Very unprofessional. I hope they don’t handle the PPE where I bought anymore. No contact and no answer when you call. They must be very busy billing extra to people.

We watched (it was 1st group visit) apt 20 min after came in office to apply BUT IT IS ALREADY OCCUPIED (probably by makler that already had private agreement).
Why do you organize visits?Just work with makers and don't waste ppls time!!!
I will not recommend this agency!... it's not normal approach.

This is honestly one of the poorest service experiences I've had. Switzerland country is amazing, in general, service is good but when it Domicim Lausanne is honestly the worst thing I've experienced since moving here. They simply do not reply to emails and they do not care. I go through the effort of translating my emails to French, I have my colleagues check it to see that I use polite Language, but Domicim does not respond, they do not even acknowledge receipt of my emails. The only exception was when the whole building's heating was out, they replied, but for individual apartments, they cannot be bothered. Not even if it has to do with the safety glass on my balcony.
In the entrance of the building is a letter by Domicim with the contact details and a request to email listed contacts or call. I opt for emails, as it is then possible for me to translate text to and from Domicim. Why have emails as a contact option if it is ignored?
When I moved into the apartment, they promised to fix tiles that were loose, never happened. When I mentioned the loose door handles during check-in, the response was that "the rent of the apartment is lower than the going rate for the area, and that should I want to have the door handles fixed, I would need to be willing to pay CHF600 more per month in rent".
Emails:
24 September 2019, Shifted glass panes - No response
20 May 2020, Parking place, no response
2 October 2020, faulty oven, no response
7 October 2020, follow up on oven and request for manager to contact me, no response.

I look at all the replies that Domicim gives to the complaints on Google and how the satisfaction of their customers is their first priority, how a year ago already they are working on improving their service, but honestly, those are all fake replies and lies.

Extreme unprofessionalism, I was told to leave one of their student homes due to the fact that I have graduated with a 1 month notice of leaving. In the meantime, I found a new apartment and got it, thus gave Domicim a 1 month notice that I would be leaving my student studio, and I was told that I can’t do it, or would need to find somebody to replace me. Then I found somebody to replace me, send them the file, but nobody seems to care to even look at the file. I have called various people at the company and they have all been ill or on a vacation for weeks.
I have also been multiple times are their offices at Lausanne and I am getting all the time the same excuses. Completely disappointed from this type of service.

Cette agence ne devrait plus exister aux vues des précédents commentaires ainsi que de notre propre expérience.

Suite à une contestation de loyer datant de 2019, nous attendons toujours un remboursement des acomptes versés malgré 3 mois de relances hebdomadaires. Le gérant de l’immeuble et son assistante filtrent nos appels (Mr. Bruno et Mme. Pires) et ne prennent même plus la peine de répondre à nos mails.

Nous sommes profondément choqués par si peu de professionnalisme, ne parlons même pas de la qualité lamentable des rénovations faites il y a 4 ans (peinture qui s’effrite, parquet gondolant, chauffage hors-service isolation phonique et thermique à la limite des normes légales…)

Mais qu’est-il arrivé à la légendaire qualité helvétique ? Sûrement ensevelie par un cruel manque d’éthique de travail au profit… du profit!

Une honte pour le parc immobilier vaudois ainsi que pour la Suisse.

Propriétaire et locataire: boycottez fermement cette gérance.

Si je pouvais mettre une note négative je le ferais.
Très très mauvaise régie.
Si vous en chercher une ne prenez pas celle-ci..
Car à part encaisser les prestations elle ne fait rien...
Vous voulez plus de précision je vous en donne volontier...
