The staff didn’t take me seriously when I wanted to get a 321. I went years ago and I still remember the associate telling me “you know it’s 11k?”

Well yes my sister in Christ I know, and I am also wearing a white gold rolex submariner, but the lady probably didn’t recognize it and therefore thought that because I was wearing sweatpants, I could not afford their 321.

The brand in itself is going downhill for a while and part of the reason is most probably the uneducated staff they use for their boutique.

We were treated to outstanding service as you would expect from this premium brand, with all the staff going the extra mile to make our visit friendly and welcoming. We will now always use Omega Geneva for any of our watch needs.

Omega was founded by Louis Brandt in Switzerland in 1848. It's part of Swatch Group since 1982. Britain's Royal Flying Corps chose Omega watches in 1917 as its official timekeepers for its combat units, as did the U.S. Army in 1918. It has been the official timekeeping device of the Olympic Games since 1932. Among famous Omega wearers, there are George Clooney, John F. Kennedy, Mao Zedong, Elvis Presley and Prince William.

My first luxury watch and the experience was the best part. The quality of omega is amazing and speaks for itself but the experience and customer service is what made this boutique extra special. Stephane and Stanislas helped me picked out the classic Speedmaster moon watch and we had champagne and resized it for me and went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was a once in a lifetime experience. I will definitely be back to this location in the future for my next omega purchase because of the people.

Very nice and spacious store. I was there to buy a watch this afternoon and was treated extremely well. Marita took all the time to help me and answer all the questions, without any rush at all. If you’re planning on buying and omega watch or accessories while in Geneva, that’s the place to go.
