A very friendly personal and competent.I bought my croc band and the clasp since it is not many to find a boutique of Jaeger…..The service was excellent and the lady automatically check with my guarantee upon changing the bracelet….An espresso add up to a relaxing atmosphere just like our jeweler in town.Keep up the goodwork!

Jaeger Le coultre Polaris Mariner is as beautiful as useless. It is falsely presented as a sport watch and the reality is that, due to the poor design crystal, breaks under any minimum hit. Do not buy any of the Polaris watch line. Look for a proper diving watch elsewhere
Additionally the after sales service is just a rip off. This Jaeger LeCoultre are fantastic sales men before you buy but a complete disaster once they have got you cash.

I got one piece from this shop. I have been visiting few watch dealers for different brands. This shop sellers made me feel come back and get more from them. Staffs, They are just like their brand jaeger style, classic not blinking at your face but a wonderful piece.

The most welcoming boutique for any high horology anywhere in Geneva. The sale assitant here including the management go out of their way to accmidate you. I wonder for those who complain about poor services they receive at JLC ever visit any other boutiques from another prestigous name across the street. Come on be fair!

Jaeger le Coultre or better, the best movements and watches in Switzerland. Kind and knowledgeable staff that can advise you on the best fit for you. A visit ( and why note a purchase?) for anyone coming to Geneva is a must.

Utter disappointment.. I dont intend to single out nationalities here. But the Asian lady staff who attended to me had a very cold attitude. It seemed like she had no interest in selling watches and was far from being customer friendly. Will not visit this JLC store again. Not a good image for the brand.
